Fachrial Kautsar is a policy and advocacy practitioner with a deep interest in public health and development. With a background in political science from Universitas Padjadjaran, he brings together policy analysis and advocacy strategy to drive change across multiple levels — from sub-national to international. At CISDI since 2020, Fachrial has led various initiatives focusing on social determinants of health, urban health, digital health transformation, and health financing. His ideas have been shared at prominent international forums, including T20 India and the Prince Mahidol Award Conference. Fachrial believes that effective advocacy is not just about influencing policy — it is about ensuring that policy is truly felt by the people it is meant to serve.
