Central Indiana Search Dogs, Inc. ( CISDI ) is a nonprofit organization that provides canine Search and Rescue services to local law enforcement agencies throughout Central Indiana.  Our group is comprised of trained dog handlers, their K-9 partners, and support personnel.   We are capable of live victim, cadaver, and water rescue searches through air-scenting as well as tracking methods. We have several certified search dogs already involved with our group, and we currently have over half a dozen puppies in training working towards certification.  CISDI welcomes people who are interested in becoming involved in Search and Rescue ( SAR ).  It not only provides a valuable service to our community, but allows our K-9 partners to use their senses to do the work of several humans.
